Great location, helpful staff, very claen and good breakfast. Defintely worth staying at.
Welcoming staff, very good facilities and value. Location quiet for a city and handy for underground access.
good, friendly, knowlegable staff
Really good for a 3 star hotel. The bedroom has enough space, modern decoration and a nice balcony. The staff was helpfull and the breakfast was excelent. Free wi-fi!
I only have 2 negative things to say. First, and most important, the location isn't good. Altough the metro station is near, the bus stop is far and the connection between the two are bad (all around the city). The second thing, the hotel is not properly identified. The Hotel only have one tiny elevator!
The hotel was excellent. Good location and service. I really liked the modern style room. The room was good size for 2 adults and 2 kids. The bathroom had good shower. On the last day at this hotel, we had to leave at 4:30 in the morning. The hotel staff prepared breakfast for us at 4:00. If we have a chance to visit to Rome again, we definitely choose this hotel.
The location was excellent, near by the subway.
The breakfest ist served in one small room.
Good location and easy access, economy hotel satisfied the basic needs for guests and helpfull staff.
Very friendly and helpful staff ,convienient location close to metro & train station, free internet access , adequate breakfast .
The room was small and disappointing at first glance.
The hotel was very pleasant and its location was supberb.
the comfort of the family room containing even 2 bathrooms and a terrasse
hot beverages at breakfast available from automatic machine only
The hotel had no twin rooms available so they upgraded us to a Junior Suite free of charge.
Not ideal if you want to pop out for a meal / drink in the evening. Few options available in the immediate vicinity. However, with Metro close by, if you're prepared for a short inconvenience, the rest of Rome is on your doorstep.
The hotel staff were very helpful, the room was spacious and included all the things we needed. Close to shopping, and a 30 minute walk to the Colosseum and a hop on hop off bus stop.
Hotel staffs were nice and helpful. Located near metro station which is easy to reach. Quite clean.
Room a bit small. INo in-room boiling water, container and cups. If I want some drinking water, I have to call for room service, or by myself to the food preparation room on G/F which is quite inconvenient.
We had booked a twin room, but later changed it to a triple, there was some mix up. I told them that I wanted to change the booking but I didn't write that I accepted the rate change so they didn't change the booking. The hotel was full when we arrived about 8pm, but fortunately for us there was a no show, so we were able to get a triple room. The 3 bed room we stayed in was more like a suite. Large comfortable bath and a modern bathroom. The breakfast had a good variety. Great position to the metro, only about 100m from hotel, enabling access to Rome termini in about 10mins.
Design of the hotel. Nice rooms. Close to metro Re di Roma. Nice lobby. Polite reception staff.
That guests have to leave their documents in the reception in case they want to come in for 5 min. This is a bit ridiculous, as by law you are not supposed to give your documents away to anyone except official authorities.
